Coconut Water is extracted directly from coconuts, preservatives such as potassium Meta Bi Sulfite and potassium sorbate are added and then micro-filtered, and subject to evaporation in a vacuum concentrator up to a concentration of 60 +/- 2 Brix. The resultant concentrate is packed in 265 Kgs inside aluminium bags in drums or in Totes of 1,250 Kgs. Can also be packed in 50 kgs Jerry cans.
